At Heald, our financial aid advisors are available to explain each financial aid
option to you, and then guide you to those that are appropriate
for your financial needs. They'll even help you apply.
First, find out if you qualify for need-based financial aid
All you have to do is fill out The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (
FAFSA).
The FAFSA is your application for federal grants, loans, work study
programs, scholarships, and state funds (available in California).
And, if you qualify, the money you receive can be used to cover
school expenses, like tuition, fees, books, supplies, and transportation.

financial aid options available to you
Grants are funds that are typically awarded based on financial need, and they don't generally have to be repaid.
Federal Work Study is a program
that provides both on- and off-campus jobs to students with financial
need, so that they can earn money to help pay for their education
expenses.
Loans are borrowed funds that must be repaid with interest.
Payment Plans Payment plans may be available to you. Contact
your financial aid advisor for more information.
